DEAD! Chaka is so crazy!

While on the red carpet at the recent Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon, Chaka Khan was in que for interviews, the usual for these kind of events. As the 60-year-old veteran diva stepped up for her camera time, she was greeted by the interviewer saying she looked flawless like the Beyonce song, to which responded with a shady comment followed by a roll of the eyes.

"I didn't bring my fan, I can't believe it," she says as she steps up. "We can't tell, you look absolutely flawless like Beyonce's song," the interviewer says referring to Beyonce's song "Flawless" from her latest album. With a scrunched face, Khan responds, "Child please!" before she twists her head and rolls her eyes.

Must be some bad blood behind the scenes between these two. Or maybe it's just tacky to complement her by referencing someone that has come long after her time. Whatever it is, I just think it's hilarious. I love how she talks about love and respect for each other in the business straight after the shade. LOL!

NEW MUSIC: Chris Brown - Counterfeit ft. Rihanna & Wiz Khalifa - Kelly Rowland To Replace Rihanna!

Check out a brand new song from Chris Brown featuring Rihanna that has made it's way onto the internet. The track entitled, Counterfeit, is a slow ballad where Chris finds himself looking for love in a room full of "counterfeit hoes." Rihanna joins Chris on the hook, and Wiz Khalifa does his thing towards the end.

I'm in love with this ballad. Something fresh and different, and very emotionally soothing. I wished Chris swapped out his rap verse for a verse from Rihanna. The final version will see Rihanna's vocals replaced by Kelly Rowland. Therefore we will not need Chris' rap verse replaced. I guess RiRi didn't sign off on the use of her vocals, hence Kelly replacing her on the album version.

Do you think Kelly or Rihanna is more suited to the track?

NEW MUSIC: Ashanti - First Real Love ft. Beenie Man

Check out a brand new song from Ashanti entitled, First Real Love featuring Beenie Man. The track in an infectious reggae-tinged club anthem, where the 33-year-old sings her confessions of love to her man, admitting he's her first true love.

The more I listen to this song, the more I like it. This should have been the first single had she replaced Beenie Man with Nicki Minaj. But since that's not so, this makes for a good third or fourth single. I don't think it's strong enough as a second single, since the first single, "I Got It" ft. Rick Ross isn't doing as well as expected. I really wished she had got Nicki on this, it would've taken it to the level it needs to be. Lets hope there's a remix.

The visuals see the 29-year-old entertainer rule over ancient Egypt as their queen. Series of comical events take place as Kings put their best foot forward, hoping to win the queen's heart. In the end, it's the one with the most elaborate and magical gift that wins.

This video is spectacular. The use of colour and choreography. The special effects and the dash of comedy, it was all very well put together and executed. Katy looked absolutely amazing in her characters, and the costumes were beautiful. I don't know about that Juicy J scene though. That was so out of left field. Maybe he wasn't available for filming that day, so they filmed some last minute stripper club-type mess? Whatever it was, that was so unneeded. They should have just had that dog rap his verse.

VIDEO: CeeLo Will NOT Be Returning To ' The Voice'

CeeLo Green has left NBC's The Voice and will not be returning he reveals on recent appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show. "I'm not coming back, guys. I’m going to continue my relationship with NBC. I have a television show development deal with them as well and hopefully some other talk show opportunities for later in the year," Green says in the interview. "But yeah, I’m going to miss The Voice, too."

"I just want to..., I don’t want to wear out my welcome there," Green continues. "You know what I’m saying? I have so many other things that I want to do. I haven't released an album in four years. I’m almost done with my album."

Wow! Not returning at all, that's huge. I wonder who will replace him.

Lorde Covers V Magazine, Talks On Being The Voice of A Generation!

New Zealand singing phenomenon Lorde continues her world domination as she covers the latest issue of the iconic, V magazine. Showing off her big curly locks, the 17-year-old kiwi looks classically demure in a black Chanel dress for March's music issue.

Inside, the singer shares on choosing friends, the Lorde 'overload', and not wanting to be called the "voice of the generation".

On friends: “I’ve always hung out with people older than me, with my parents’ friends, because I appreciated the conversation. And even now, although I have heaps of friends in high school, I also hang out with a lot of older people.And sometimes with them I’m like, “God, this is boring!” But it means that I get to have these stimulating encounters with people that I idolize, which is cool.”

Lorde overload: “I want to let people stop hearing Lorde on the radio all the time, because it’s kind of crazy at the moment. I’d like to give people a little bit of breathing room before I unleash something different.”

On not wanting to be called the “voice of the generation”: “I’m sure so many people will read that and be like, F–k off!”

Ha! Gotta love Lorde. Good old kiwi attitude.

I wonder where the creative process is gone to. It used to be the clever play on words, euphemisms, that used to give such sexually explicit-themed songs a touch of creative class, but now they just outwardly sing things like, "beat my pussy up." I don't mind it with rappers because their genre is a bit more hardcore, but not every second singer. Well, It does seem like the 'thing' for these less vocally able artists to do... Boop!

He drops some explicit lyrics about his experiences of being 'Drunk In Love,' revealing "Handcuffs I'm no fan of those, but you ain't gonna need any hands at all."

It's a nice song but with the word "sex" being so prominent in such a pretty song, kind of turns me off it. Couldn't they have used the word "lust" instead!? Lol

Love & Sex Part 2 is Joe's official first offering from his album Bridges, due in July.

I wrote it five years ago when I was in the studio recording The Element Of Freedom. ​I had never been overcome to write a song after seeing a painting before, but this one sent me to another place.I felt it!

I love it. It's so classic Alicia keys. And If you own her "The Element of Freedom" album, you would understand why this didn't make the final cut.

This video and this remix should have been the original from the get-go. The solo track and video just doesn't do it for me. Neither does this, but the addition of Trey Songz does add just that little bit extra.

J. Cole can do no wrong. This era has been good to him and for him. The music video's that he's producing are nothing but stellar. And this, by far, is the best.

Interestingly, Beyonce just uploaded a teaser to a music video for this very remix of Drunk In Love. Seems similar to Kanye's 'Bound 2' video. Must be same team. Whatever it is, expect a music video to this remix.
